This Privacy Policy explains the manner in which ABL Tank Lines, LLC (“ABLTL” or “We”) collects, utilizes and maintains non-public personal and non-personal information.  ABLTL is committed to protecting the privacy of its customers, vendors and website users and maintaining the confidentiality and security of any personal information collected.

Collection of Information. ABLTL collects non-public information about customers, vendors and website users from the following sources:  
Use and Disclosure of non-public Information. ABLTL uses personal information in ways compatible with the purposes for which we originally requested it. ABLTL does not disclose non-public personal information about You to affiliates or nonaffiliated third parties except in limited circumstances as required or permitted by law. If you are ever not happy, we will promptly remove you from whatever messages flows or subscriptions that you designate. We reserve the right to use said information for marketing purposes including, but not limited to email, social networks, and search engines.

ABLTL restricts access to your personal and account information to those employees who need to know that information to provide products and services to you. ABLTL maintains appropriate physical, electronic and procedural safeguards to guard your non-public personal information.
